Alfrance “Mott” and Jerlean both went home with their Heavenly Father on Sunday, February 24, 2019. He was born in Green bay, Virginia to Alice Jackson Mottley on February 17, 1953.

He was educated in the Prince Edward County Public School System. He accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior at an early age, was baptized, and became a member of the Mt. Zion Second Baptist Church of Green Bay, VA. He served faithfully as an usher for approximately 3 years. He always greeted people with a hug and smile.
