Andrew Daniels departed this earthly life on Sunday morning, July 3, 2022 from his Pamplin City, Virginia residence. He was born August 14, 1934 in Linden, New Jersey. He was the last of eight children born to Bennie and Dora Chezes Daniels. He graduated from Linden High School, in Linden, NJ. After graduation, he joined and served honorably in the United States Marine Corps. While in service, he met Miss Mary E. Harvey, whom he later married. He worked various jobs, but eventually retired in 1999, from Honeywell Chemical Plant in Elizabeth, NJ. After retirement, he and his beloved wife moved Pamplin City, VA, where he was currently serving on the Pamplin City Town Council. Andrew was predeceased by: his parents, all of his siblings, and a great granddaughter, Janaya. He leaves to cherish his memory: his dedicated wife of 65 years, Mary E. Daniels; a daughter, Sheila Chavis (Harold); two sisters-in-law, Senora Walker (Bernard) and Shirley Avery; two granddaughters; one great granddaughter; three great grandsons; his last remaining first cousin, Louise Franklin; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
