Deacon Arthur B. Brown was born in Buckingham County, Virginia on November 13, 1957. He was the son of the late Deacon Bernard and Deaconess Florine J. Brown of Buckingham County, VA. He departed this life peacefully to be with the Lord on Friday, May 21, 2021. Arthur gave his life to the Lord at an early age and was baptized at Baptist Union Baptist Church in Dillwyn, VA. Later in life, he joined the Sanctuary of Kingdom Square while keeping his membership at Baptist Union Church
