God called Charlotte home on November 26th, in the wee hours of the morning She was visiting with her granddaughter and her family for Thanksgiving, in Prairieville, Louisiana. Charlotte was born on November 1, 1941. She was the 3rd eldest child born to Charles Brown Sr. and Ethel Brown-Davis. She met and married her husband Fred H. Cosby Sr. Charlotte will be forever missed by her 6 children born from marriage, Deborah McMeans-Hooker (Partner, Vonnie Perkins) Fred H Cosby Jr., Lisa Cosby, Kevin Cosby, Wanda Flood, Thadde Cosby, and one son in law Timothy.
