Obituary For Dennis Dwayne Dubose Jr.

Dennis D. Dubose Jr. was born in Paterson, New Jersey on July 18,1997, the son of the late Margaret Annette Torres- Dubose and Dennis Dwayne Dubose Sr. He gained his heavenly wings on Sunday, October 30, 2022. Dennis graduated from Prince Edward County High School in 2017. During his time at Prince Edward, he participated in different sports including football, track and field. Preceding graduation, Dennis gained employment with Green Front Luxury Furniture store in Farmville, VA. Shortly after the birth of his beautiful baby girl Briella Dubose in 2019, Dennis joined law enforcement where he was employed with Piedmont Regional Jail located in Farmville VA as an Officer. He later gained employment with the Farmville Immigration Detention Center as a Detention Officer. Dennis was respectful, well known and loved by all who knew him. His sense of humor, smile and laughter were contagious enough to brighten any room he entered. Dennis had a passion for sneakers, music, football and spending time with his family and friends. He was a diehard Cowboys fan! He was preceded in death by: his parents Margaret Annette Torres-Dubose and Dennis Dwayne Dubose Sr.; great grandmother Maxine Davis; grandmother Billie Jean Dubose and cousin Iyonna Mingo. Dennis leaves to remember him and cherish his memory: his beautiful daughter, Briella Dubose; grandmother, Cheryl Malone; three sisters, Tiara Moore(Wesley), Destiny Dubose, and Aigner Dubose; niece, Darenity Moore; nephews, Dametri Moore, Shaun Howard II, Austin Howard, Ashton Howard and an abundance of loving aunts, uncles, cousins, close friends and co-workers.
