Elijah Willie Childress, Jr., 58, of Farmville, Virginia passed away at Chippenham Medical Center on April 13, 2021. Elijah was born in Farmville on March 13, 1963 to Mrs. Shirley Childress and the late Elijah Childress, Sr. Elijah was a member of New Flame Church Of God In Christ, formerly Spirit Of Life Church Of God In Christ, Farmville, VA. He enjoyed playing the bass guitar and shared that talent with Spirit of Life Church Of God In Christ. He loved gospel music and the Gospel Keynotes was his favorite group.
