Mrs. Elsie E. Jones was born on August 30, 1923 in Buckingham County, Virginia to Elijah and Fannie Woodson Eldridge of Dillwyn, Virginia. The last of their fourteen children, she entered eternal life on June 13, 2019, at Envoy at the Village in Fork Union, Virginia.
