George Earl Stanton, 85, entered into eternal rest on Monday, July 27, 2020 at the Monroe Health and Rehabilitation Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. He was born on September 29, 1934 to the late George M. and Cassie L. Stanton in Buckingham, VA. At an early age he joined Baptist Union Baptist Church, where he worshipped until he became ill. He received his education at Deep Bottom School in Buckingham, VA. He Retired from Fork Union Military Academy.
