Ida Mae Cox-Miller was born to the paul and Lesse Cox on August 15, 1928. She was joined in holy matrimony to Allen Miller on October 19, 1949. She was a devoted wife and mother to five children. seh was dedicated to providing her family with an inviting and nurturing home. A fighter to the very end, she was humble and beautiful in mind, body, and spirit. As a young woman from the country, she enjoyed the serenity of the outdoors taking short strolls along the graveled driveway and tending to her garden. Gifted in quilt-making and canning fruit, she was no stranger to hard work. Her love and talent for bakingnever went unnoticed or unappreciated. Apie baked on Sunday was gone by Monday. She instilled the imprtance of gratitude for all things provided into her family for years to come. She was a woman of faith who loved her church and community. For someone who didn’t drive, she was always on the move.
