Mrs. Jannie Woodson Jones departed this life on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville, Virginia. She was born in Buckingham, VA and received her education through and graduated from Buckingham County Public Schools. She joined Fork Union Baptist Church at a young age and served on the choir for many years. She was a devoted Christian up until the end. She worked as a health care aide at the Central Virginia Community Health Center in New Canton, VA for a number of years.
