John Linwood Craft, age 70, known to some as “Johnny Boy”, transitioned into eternal life on August 2, 2022. John graduated in 1972 from Amelia County High School, where he played on the varsity basketball team. John accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior at an early age and was a member of Amelia Baptist Church, where he served as a youth usher. He worked for various trucking companies and retired from the Teamsters Union Freight Division as a Truck Driver. He owned his own hauling company for a few years. The Lord blessed him with a unique and special personality. He loved to laugh and could make anyone laugh. He was truly one of a kind and the Lord blessed him in so many ways.
