Obituary For Lavette Renee Evans

Lavette Renee Evans was born on June 7, 1975, in Farmville, Virginia, to the late John Edward Evans and Edith Marie Evans.

Lavette attended Prince Edward County High School, where she graduated in 1993. She enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, including watching movies, listening to music, reading magazines, and journaling. She had a special love for entertainment, and some of her favorite movies included Lethal Weapon, License to Drive, and Weekend at Bernie's. Her love for music was equally special, as she enjoyed listening to the legendary sounds of Michael Jackson and Prince.

Lavette was a woman of a quiet nature, yet she possessed a fiery touch that made her uniquely herself. Though she may not have always been the loudest person in the room, her personality had its own special spark. She was known for her pure heart, gentle spirit, and kind nature. Lavette was truly one of a kind, possessing an innocence and sweetness that made her special to those who knew and loved her. She found joy in her favorite pastimes and in the simple things that made life enjoyable.

Lavette was preceded in death by her beloved parents, John Edward Evans and Edith Marie Evans, and her brother, Vincent Evans.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories her loving sister, Angela Evans; two nieces, Danielle Evans and Keondra Evans; one great niece, Brooklyn Evans; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives who will forever hold her memory close to their hearts.

Though Lavette's earthly journey has come to an end, the love she leaves behind will continue to live on through the family and loved ones who cherished her. Her gentle spirit, pure heart, and fiery touch made her who she was, and her memory will remain a blessing to all who knew her.
