Louise Estelle Perkins Scott, cherished and beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, passed away on January 20, 2019, at her daughter’s home in Appomattox, Virginia. She was born on April 3, 1932, in Buckingham County, VA, the seventh of 14 children born to the late Levitt and Mary Elnora Jones Perkins. At an early age, she joined Third Liberty Baptist Church in New Canton, VA, where she was baptized in a public profession of her faith in Jesus Christ. She attended Buckingham County Public Schools.
