Minnie P Green transitioned into the next phase of life on Wednesday February 23. 2022 at UVA Medical Center She was born on November 29. 1942 in Dillwyn Va. to Elizabeth Rose and Alton Hatcher. She later married Emmette Green Jr. Minnie was the oldest of four siblings. She joined Zion Baptist Church at an early age, she was a member for many years. Minnie was a hard dedicated worker who would do anything for anyone. She worked at UVA for several years Not long after she became ill She enjoyed word searon puzzie books, and watching game shows but most of all she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Preceded ner in transition is her mother Elizabeth Rose, her father Alton Hatcher, her grandchildren lesha Green and Damarious Trent, arid her brother John Rose To cherish her memories are her son Richards Carter (Maria) and three daughters Carrie Green. Dorotny Booker(Davie), Vernon Henderson, thirteen grandchildren, Demel. Michael, Pamela, Jayvon, Tabitha. Antwon, Jeremiah, Keavon, Valando, Devonta, Domonique, D'Naira, and Demarcus, one sister Lotite from Riverhead NY, one brother James Rose from Dillwyn Va, a host of great grand children, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and also a devoted cousin Florence NikkI White
