Born on March 22, 1969, in Washington, D.C., our beloved flower, Noritta “Tina” Allen, was born to the late Paul E. Love and the late Hattie R. McKinney. A product of the Washington, D.C. Public Schools, Tina met early on her soulmate James Clinton Allen with whom she shared 32 years of matrimony. Through the ups and downs of life, she and Clint endured by having an undying love and a strong rooted relationship with Christ. Tina worked for several years for Walmart Inc. and Carbone of America. However, her most important job was being a mother and grandmother. Tina loved God, her family, and music. She also enjoyed her time as a member of the Manhattan Temple 184 Daughters of Prince Edward Elks Lodge.

On August 12, 2023, God called Noritta home to be a part of his majestic garden. It is said, to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. Tina leaves her words, teachings, and memories to her loving husband, James Clinton Allen; four children whom she birthed and one bonus son - Phylisia Adams, James Adams, Kevin Adams, Joseph Adams, and Devon Hamilton; eleven grandchildren – Kaylee Adams, Kevin Grooms, Brandon Grooms, Di’jah Hamilton, Isiah Adams, Issac Adams, Jayden Adams, Amari Adams, Carter Adams, Rakayla Adams, and Kamil Adams; siblings – Angela Brown (Tyrone), Paul Adams (Jamie), Kevin Grant (Sonja), and Timothy Bryant (Kelvin); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
