Obituary For Patricia Banks

“Eternal Day” Some may say, “Life is short, and then, you die.” We study hard to find a reason why. As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord. We are here to discover meaning in God’s Word. We are here to die, like a blossom turning brown, Can we discover the treasure and the crown? There is a higher plane that is spiritually real. Learning to love God is an eternal thrill. God found me at my lowest point one day, He taught me to seek Him, He taught me to pray. So, I cried out to Him in my dark despair, He showed up inside to let me know He cared. To help a sinner know He could forgive my sin, He came alive for me, and I was born again. No, I did not go back into my mother’s womb, I died to myself, and then, came our of my tomb. Dying to self is the only path to find God, The Father sent His Son, so I must give Jesus the nod. All to Jesus I surrender, now I belong to Him, He taught me to run, to leap, to swim. He taught me that each moment is eternal day, I once was lost, but God showed me the Way.
