Mrs. Pearl Hill peacefully departed this life on Saturday October 15, 2022 at Wayland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Keysville, Virginia. She was born March 10, 1935 to the late Wiley Gilliam and Millie Blanton Gilliam. Pearl attended school in Cumberland County, VA. She was a faithful member of Sharon Baptist Church in Farmville, VA until her health begin to decline. Pearl enjoyed spending time with family, playing bingo and doing crossword puzzles. Pearl is proceeded in death by: her husband, Charles Hill; sister, Anniebelle Gilliam-Lyle and brother, Ed Sheppard Gilliam. She leaves to cherish her memory: a step-sister, Deloris Younger ( John Younger); step-brother, Irving Redd; devoted niece, EmmaJean Williams (Rodney Williams); a devoted great-niece, Takeisha Calhoun (Markus); as well

as a host of other nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great- nephews, cousins and friends.
