Reginald E. Hawkins, also known as “Big Mann” entered into eternal rest on Thursday, November 11, 2021. Reginald was born in Farmville, Virginia on July 25, 1970 to the late Howard Lee Hawkins and Grace Irene Hawkins. Reginald attended Prince Edward County Public Schools, where he played on his high school football team. In 1990, he graduated and started working as a machine operator in Lynchburg, VA. After working as a machine operator at various companies, Reginald put his goals into action and became a professional truck driver in 2003. Reginald maintained a successful career as a Class A driver until a work-related injury forced him into retirement in 2017. Reginald attended Old Green Creek-New Site Baptist Church in his hometown of Farmville, VA.
