Ronald Leon Harper was born April 18, 1963 at the University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville, Virginia. He was the son of the late Earl Harper and Mary Johnson Harper. He departed his earthly home December 31, 2020 at his residence in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
