On Tuesday, October 29, 2019, Samuel Marshall Walker departed this life at Appomattox Health and Rehabilitation Center in Appomattox, Virginia. Samuel, fondly known as Sammy, was born on July 31, 1943 to Arthur Walker and Eloise Booker Walker. He was born and raised in Farmville, VA and received his education through the Prince Edward County Public School System. At an early age, he was baptized and became a member of Race Street (now Jericho) Baptist Church in Farmville. He later joined Mount Moriah Baptist Church in Tuggle.
