Sylvester Webb, Jr., was called home to be with Lord on October 5, 2024, at Johnston Willis Hospital in Midlothian, VA.

Sylvester was born on February 12,1964 to Sylvester Webb, Sr. and Amanda Phileno Webb in Wilmington, DE. After Sylvester graduated from Howard High School in 1982. After graduating from high school Sylvester, worked as a car detailer for Divers
Chevrolet on Pennsylvania Avenue in Wilmington, DE. Sylvester came to know the Lord and was baptized at Jerusalem Baptist Church.

Sylvester or better known to everyone as Brother, Uncle Bubby and to his friends as Sly, he loved his family and friends and always wanted to see them do well. Sylvester loved to fix cars and bicycles when he could. Watching his favorite football team the Cowboys, watch wrestling, and playing cards with family and friends was a past time that brought
Sylvester much joy and happiness because he was surrounded by the people he loved and those who loved him. Sylvester was the family barber and would cut anyone’s hair who needed it. Sylvester loved to joke and have a good time and for all that knew him,
his presence will truly be missed.

Sylvester was predeceased by his mother Amanda Webb, sister Marcia Webb, aunt Mable Gibson, uncles Alexander Watts, George Watts Jr., Emmanuel Watts, beloved cousin Henry W. Gibson, III. aka Slugger, and a host of other family members.

Sylvester is survived by: Father Sylvester Webb, Sr.; his daughters Siedah Wilmore and
Tynetta Wilmore; grandsons Levar Gordon, Jr., Jah’Mere Murray, and Mauri Cooper;
siblings Peggy Webb and Gloria Moody; devoted niece Taryn Webb; beloved cousins
Carl Gibson and Henry Gibson, Jr.; devoted friends Lionel Moore and Lamont
Chambers, and a host of nieces, nephews, and family members.
